Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items damaged through misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
